CCF spearheads Vocation-Mission Animation 2014

by Ms. Kamill Naval

This year, the three-day Vocation-Mission Animation celebration was led by the theme: “I Will Build My Church”

(Matthew 16:18).

Priests, vocation promoters, religious brothers and sisters and some seminarians were invited to attend the

week-long activity. There were four Congregation of the Immaculate Heart of Mary (CICM) priests with two Augustinian priests, one Missionaries of Jesus (MJ) priest, twelve CICM

Novices, six CICM postulants, and three sisters from the Sisters of Immaculate Heart of Mary (SIHM), and one from La Salette Sisters and Missionary Sisters of the Immaculate Heart of Mary (ICM).  Some of the activities held during the said event were daily sponsored Eucharistic celebrations, room-to-room vocation talks, quiz bees, display of exhibits, film showing, poster making contest, mission collection and a vocation conference.

The activities provided opportunity for the interested students to personally talk to the priests, sisters, brothers or

seminarians present and reflect on their own vocation. #
